ALL IS ONE. ALL VIBRATIONS. ALL IS ENERGY

The basis of diseases is essentially the energy disorder of the body and the main cause of this (to some extent) is the negative repressed emotions, conscious and unconscious, that we all have within us.

No one can truly heal anyone if they do not first heal themselves

The knowledge of the chakras - how to open them and direct the energy - is basic knowledge for health and personal development. It is knowledge that for centuries was only possessed by elite classes - in all areas (Politics, Economy, Religion, Legislation, Army, Art, etc.) and they either kept it secret or <adulterated> it with other useless information to weaken it.
Speaking from personal experience, someone in the world may have done psychotherapy, gyms, martial arts, etc., but if their chakras are closed, they will not really <see>, they will live with illusions, believing that reality is what they are shown, they will not <hear>, they will not <speak> really and their capabilities, themselves and their life will be a caricature of the capabilities, of themselves and the life they could have. The development of the chakras leads to great abilities, great achievements and above all Enlightenment and Knowledge. The earlier in life someone acquires this knowledge, the better.

First of all, what are chakras?

The concept and philosophy of chakras was created and began in India thousands of years ago. It is a basic element of Hindu philosophy.
The energy centers - chakras (chakras means wheel in Sanskrit) - which are quite numerous, but the main ones are primary7, correspond to the plexuses of the autonomic nervous system along the CNS. They have no material substance, classical medicine does not accept them - but they can be measured. Many attempts have also been made to interpret them with classical neurobiochemical physiological mechanisms that we will mention later. It is believed that they constantly rotate clockwise or counterclockwise - depending on whether someone is a man or a woman - they are vortices of energy that absorb energy from the environment. They are related to the functioning of specific organs and systems in our body. There are many ways known empirically since antiquity to intervene in their functioning, but now we know their frequencies and can measure their condition. There are chakras above the head, below the feet, as well as many secondary ones in the arms, legs, back, etc. which we will also mention later. Also, the 1st (perineum), the 4th (heart) and the 6th (pineal gland) also have lateral extensions to the right and left - so in total the primary chakras are 7+2+2+2=13. The sicker someone is, the more blocked their chakras are.

Then we inhale with the nose blue indigo/white/silver color from the 3rd eye to the pineal gland - and on the exhale we chant the mantra that suits us most and in the tone that suits us/when there is coordination we will understand it. We can combine it or not with mudras - one of them is shown in the image:

We may have a headache at first, as long asAs the 3rd eye opens, many strange things begin to happen, such as: Vivid colors, understanding the thoughts of others, vivid dreams, initially feeling and later seeing auras, electronic devices suddenly blocking, understanding that nothing is random and that we have directed everything in our lives, and as we progress, we feel (later seeing) future events, presences, describing faces we have never seen, and (very advanced) psychic abilities and developed divination ability. General information about the chakras:

1/According to ancient Hindu texts, the goal when opening the chakras is for the kundalini - basically sexual energy at the base of the spine (S.S.) in the coccyx, which ancient cultures generally imagined as a reptile - to rise from the base of the S.S. in the head and to <illuminate> the individual/passing the chakras one by one (Medicine symbol). There are two lateral energy channels in the S.S., one male (Piggala) and one female (Ida) as well as a central one (Sushumna). In order for the kundalini to rise, it must enter the Sushumna. There are 7 layers of kundalini activation, each of which has 7 sub-layers in total, i.e. 7x7=49 levels. Finally, according to the theory, there are 3 main obstacles to the rise of the kundalini - in the 1st, 4th and 6th chakras. Others consider the 2nd, 5th and 7th chakras.

2/A-The best and fastest way to open the chakras is by vibrating (i.e. chanting letter-letter or syllable-syllable) specific mantras or letters in combination with visualization. It is no coincidence that in all religions there are hymns.
The general rule is that we inhale with the nose the color of the chakra (we imagine it) and on the exhale we chant the mantra that suits us most and in the tone that suits us/when there is resonance we will understand it-the lower the chakra is, the lower its frequency/we adjust the tone. We can combine it or not with mudras
In the color now when we start we inhale the color of the chakra but as our vibration level increases the color becomes white gold (or liquid gold/as each person feels best).
In the first 5 chakras we inhale the color of the chakra (red, orange, yellow, green, blue) and exhaling we make the vibration (LAM, BAM, RAM, YAM, HAM - but also LANG, BANG, RANG, YANG, HANG - again as each person feels the vibration better and more intensely in the area of the chakra - pressing the anterior abdominal walls while squeezing the anus and the chin rests on the sternum. In the head chakras we simply inhale the energy and make the corresponding vibration while we can turn the eyeballs upwards and look up and behind us at a 60 degree angle (the latter is for advanced users, a beginner may feel dizzy). When we advance, as I said above, we can inhale in each chakra platinum energy. (I will refer to the activation and coordination of the chakras in more detail later - there are many techniques).

B-Example: chants for the chakras of the brain:
Simply by vibrating some consonants we relax the brain, change its waves and open centers. This does not happen immediately, it takes patience and perseverance.
PaExample: The sound of a bee. We imagine that there is a bee inside our head. The buzzing it makes relaxes the brain. We can achieve this sound with the following consonants:
a)m.......mm b)mb......mbpp e)n.......nn In all vibrations with the exception of d and n, the tongue touches the palate. Inhalation can be done with the mouth or with the nose (with the nose we have better control and we can combine it with alternating nostril breathing, i.e. inhalation with the right nostril-exhalation with the left then
inhalation with the left nostril-exhalation with the right, etc.). Exhalation is done through the mouth with the exception of
alternating nostril breathing that I mentioned above.

g) We can combine each consonant with a vowel, mainly a, ou, or o. That is, in g we can vibrate gaaaaaaaaa, guuuuuuuuu, or gooooooo. Especially for gu combined with ruuu (the r vibrating - the tongue vibrates on the palate - it opens the 3rd chakra) makes the word guru-GURU (Teacher) which is a very <energetic> word - it exists in many mantras, etc.

h/-Basically the vowels (a, o, u, e, i) can be combined with the corresponding consonants and entered into each chakra. Example: The <official>classical vibration word for the third chakra is RAM. We can vibrate RIM or REM or ROM or RAUM but also RANG, RAUNG, RING, RENG, RONG. We will feel when, with which vowel and in what tone the chakra opens. For starters - in order not to get confused - it is best not to do such experiments.

3/Another way, for example, to resolve obstacles and release energy is as follows: Inhale for 5 seconds - exhale for 5 seconds and then <suck> the front walls of the pelvis - feel them touching the sacrum - count 5 seconds. We do the same in the diaphragm area (we suck in the abdominal walls after exhaling so that they <touch> the back. Finally, after another inhalation-exhalation, we raise our shoulders as high as we can and press our jaw to the right and left sides with them while simultaneously lowering our head - that is, we hide our head inside our shoulders. These three inhalations-exhalations-sucking/pressure help resolve obstacles in the 1st-3rd/4th-5th chakras. If we repeat them 2-5 times (as much as each one can) we feel energy coming out and circulating within us.
But be careful: If we feel any kind of discomfort, we stop the exercise immediately (this applies to all exercises)

4/-all chakras have a male and a female part

5/As I said above, the higher our <vibration level>, the faster the chakras rotate and they all end up in the white-gold light/which is the strongest energy light. Finally, the higher our vibration level -in any way-, the more we get rid of the <demons> of the chakras (from 1st-7th):1st- fear of survival/2nd-fear of our sexuality-shame/3rd-fear of anger and our power-guilt/4th-fear of loving and we are loved-sadness/5th-fear of our truth-lie/6th-fear of reality-hallucinations/7th-fear of the transcendent, the unknown-cold materialism.

6/Beyond psalms, vibrations of syllables, words, mantras, etc., runes can be used to open chakras (e.g. the rune Thor, Thorn, Thurisaz), music, but also ready-made frequencies with bioresonance.

7/The stronger, fitter and disciplined our body is, the easier we can <endure> the energy and not chase it away with various excuses. From the first to the 7th chakra, the frequency increases and the wavelength decreases-and the energy increases. Therefore, of the colors of the chakras, the purple color/light has the most energy.
Generally, of course, as we said above, the white-gold light has the most powerful energy-like the sun.

8/In chakras that work together, this means that when one is underactive or inactive, the other is overactive. Example: For many people, a disaster in matters of survival (1st chakra, e.g., financial disaster/war, etc.) leads toin the opening of the 6th and 7th chakras with consequent development of spirituality, enlightenment, etc. The 1st cooperates with the 6th, 7th (The 6th cooperates with everything)
The 2nd cooperates with the 5th
The 3rd cooperates with the 6th and 7th but also with the 4th
The 4th is the center where the 3 lower (<earthly> chakras survival, sex, will to power) are united with the 3 higher spiritual chakras (communication, insight, wholeness). It is the center where we receive and give love - for ourselves and for others.
9/Finally, apart from these official 7 chakras, there are other views.
In pranic healing, for example, they consider that the main Chakras are 11:
base/sex/Ming-Men/navel/spleen/solar/heart/throat/Agna/third eye/crown
All of these correspond to acupuncture points
There are also hundreds of secondary ones which again correspond to acupuncture points.
Finally, in other views, the colors are different:
For example, the heart chakra is considered to have a green-pink color of light.
For others, it is red-gold-pink, etc.
Everyone here has their own opinion depending on their level of energy release
