ALL IS ONE. ALL VIBRATIONS. ALL IS ENERGY
The basis of diseases is essentially the energy disorder of the body and the main cause of this (to a greater or lesser extent) is the negative repressed emotions, conscious and unconscious, that we all have within us.
Forget everything you have learned about diets etc. what counts is the ph of biological fluids, mainly blood, saliva and urine.
- To restore health, we must eat 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods, while to maintain it, we must eat 60% alkaline foods and 40% acidic foods. A healthy diet should contain more alkaline foods and fewer acidic foods. There are too many lists of acidic and alkaline foods to list here. An alkaline diet is essentially a vegetarian diet.
PH OXIDATION OF THE ORGANISM AND ALKALINE DIET
- pH is the negative decimal logarithm of the concentration of hydrogen ions. It is a measure of their concentration, a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. However, because the pH scale is logarithmic, a change of a single pH unit means a tenfold change in the concentration of hydrogen ions
- A pH above 7 and up to 14 indicates that the solution is alkaline and is called a base
- pH 7 indicates that the solution is neither acidic nor alkaline but neutral. - A pH below 7 and up to 0 indicates that the solution is acidic. - The human body has the ability to regulate its pH continuously, through physiological processes, mainly with the kidneys and lung function. The pH of the blood has a very narrow range from approximately 7.35 to 7.45. - As the pH of the body deviates from these values, symptoms of disease appear sooner or later - A body that is acidic (practically pH <7) predisposes to cancer and aging.
- A toxin is essentially anything that has a different frequency from the normal frequencies of the body. It can be exogenous or endogenous, i.e. originating from outside the body, or endogenous, i.e. originating from the various chemical reactions of the body. -Acidic pH can occur when for any reason the body fills with toxins, such as when by any process the cells are deprived of oxygen and other nutrients. This can be a result of stress, overload of toxins from products of microorganisms, heavy metals, radiation, from immune reactions, etc.
-The alkalinity and acidity of any biological material, solid or liquid, are expressed as pH numbers, on a scale from 0 to 14. -A diet with acidic foods affects Ph to a great extent.
- The more acidic we are, the more easily we tire, we feel exhausted, and our bodies seek balance
-The more acidic we are, the more the body will try to compensate for the acidic pH level by using stored alkaline metals. This, by some mechanisms, reduces the body's ability to absorb additional minerals and other nutrients. Thus, energy production in the cells is reduced, the ability to repair damaged cells is reduced, the body's ability to detoxify heavy metals is reduced, cancer cells grow and multiply, and the body is more prone to fatigue and disease.-A body that is acidic predisposes to disease, cancer and aging. For example, cancer cells only grow in an acidic environment at the cellular level - without oxygen Otto Warburg (The metabolism of Tumors, Nobel Prize).
-Therefore, a healthy diet should contain more alkaline foods and fewer acidic foods.
-To maintain health, we should eat 60% alkaline foods and 40% acidic foods. -To restore health, we should eat 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods.
Let's look at it again from another perspective:
-Our body is made up of about 70% water. . Substances that increase the concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) in water are called acids, while substances that reduce it by increasing hydroxyl ions (OH-) are called alkaline.
-Ions are electrically charged particles that have lost some of their peripheral electrons, which they eventually "steal" from other biological molecules. -However, when this happens continuously, the acidity of the blood, organs and cellular fluids increases and at the same time the famous free radicals are created, resulting in the so-called oxidative stress. Then metabolic dysfunctions slowly begin, which, in turn, can lead to premature aging, obesity and generally more or less serious health problems.
-When acidic foods are continuously ingested, the liver and pancreas take over with special enzymes to neutralize them. Many of the acids are also excreted in the form of gases from the lungs, or with urine, feces, sweat, etc. However, when the body is constantly bombarded with acidic foods without having enough alkaline reserves to neutralize them, a condition called hyperacidity is created. The mesenchyme (simply the space between the cells and the vessels) fills with toxins, the tissues are deprived of oxygen, the pH changes and a negative cycle begins for the body where it becomes increasingly difficult to repair its damage. The longer this process continues and becomes established, the more difficult it is to reverse. The frequencies of the organs change (decrease), the frequencies of microorganisms are activated (see page FREQUENCIES) and diseases begin
Otherwise:
-Hyperacidity forces the body to cover its needs for minerals and other elements from the muscles and skeleton, in order to neutralize the excess acids. . However, this reduces the availability of amino acids, vitamins and minerals, resulting in the body being unable to produce sufficient quantities of enzymes, hormones and antibodies. This reduces energy production, the vicious cycle begins, the frequencies of the organs are permanently altered, the frequencies of harmful microorganisms are activated, resulting in less combustion, low energy, chronic fatigue, general weakness, obesity, etc.
-The more acidic we are, everything gets worse, our skin, for example, does not look as fresh and we age faster. -
Vitamins and minerals are not easily absorbed
-The digestive system is thrown out of balance because the friendly bacteria in the intestine are destroyed and it becomes even more difficult to absorb nutrients and in general all the systems of the body are slowly disorganized.
-The accumulation of toxins from an acidic diet gradually affects all organs, the liver, heart, pancreas, insulin regulation, brain, etc. These problems can quickly lead to stroke, heart attack, (autoimmune) diseases, psychological burden, aneurysm, cardiovascular problems, osteoporosis, obesity, high blood pressure, etc.
-One of the easiest and fastest ways to help correct an overly acidic pH level is by increasing alkaline foods, reducing acidic foods, and changing unhealthy lifestyles.-
-Alkaline foods help change the body's pH and good oxygenation, keeping the body healthy, keeping it away from cancer, and other diseases. -With the alkaline diet, our muscle performance improves, our metabolism increases, all systems function better, there is a reduction in parasites, the skin is more youthful, we withstand physical and psychological tests better, we are generally healthier, we do not gain weight or may even lose excess weight, we feel better, etc.
KNOWLEDGE THAT WE SHOULD HAVE ABOUT FOOD AND NUTRITION
-The pH is not determined by the sweet or sour taste of foods. Sugar, for example, creates acidic residues, while lemon alkaline.
-Processed foods, canned foods, etc. are less or more acidic
-Normally, we should eat food raw. Food enzymes are one of the keys to longevity and heat destroys them. By cooking, food deteriorates and becomes indigestible. Thus, cooked food not only does not provide nutrients to the body, but on the contrary, it takes them away because it takes energy to get undigested food out of the body. Example: instead of cooking the pepper, we should eat it raw in a salad. The ideal would be 80% raw food and 20% cooked food.
-Organic foods are more alkaline than their conventional counterparts due to the absence of chemical residues.
-The less processed a food is, the more alkaline it is
-Unripe seasonal fruits and vegetables are more acidic than ripe ones.
-Soaked nuts and dried fruits in water are more alkaline
-Food when steamed or boiled produces fewer acids than when fried or baked at high temperatures.
-Dairy products made from cow's milk are more acidic compared to those made from sheep, goats, or goats.
-All kinds of sugars (white, brown, black, etc.) convert juices from alkaline to acidic. Honey is also less acidic than sugar.
- We never eat fruit after a meal because fruits are digested in the small intestine and not in the stomach, so if the stomach is full they will ferment and will not be digested properly, meaning the body will not gain nutrients and energy.
- We should not eat after 8:00 pm because after this time everything we eat is more difficult to digest and burdens the body.
- we must drink 30ml/kgr of weight, definitely 1.5 - 2.5 liters of water a day, sip by sip
- the water we drink must be chlorine-free. There are various water filters on the market, as well as special water ionizers. The ideal is to drink spring water.
-To heal ourselves we must eat 20% acidic foods and 80% alkaline. To maintain our health we must eat 40% acidic foods and 60% alkaline.
-Use plenty of lemon, garlic and aromatic herbs in your meals and salads
-Coffee, alcohol, industrialized drinks are very acidic and have no place in an alkaline and healthy diet
The alkaline diet:
-Progressively detoxifies the body
-Restores functional imbalances and
-Lose weight by unblocking fat metabolism

Chinese Diet
Chinese philosophy for 5000 years has revolved around the theory of chi, yin-yang, meridians and the 5 elements. The latter are wood, metal, water, fire and earth.
All human types belong to one of these elements or their combinations as well as all the organs of the human body. Finally, specific food categories correspond to each element. So simply when an organ suffers, e.g. of its element, e.g. metal, it will be
helped and cured - according to Chinese medicine - by the corresponding foods of the same element.
Indicatively:
1/Wood: Liver-Bile Meridian/people with emotional alternations of anger, frustration/ agile, (the veins look like tree roots, it has been said about them), e.g. runners, rock climbers, etc. etc.
Foods: Green foods e.g. green apple as well as bitter foods such as: green dandelion, dill, bitter melon, cabbage, sesame seeds, saffron, artichoke, coffee, arugula etc.
2/Earth
Spleen, stomach-pancreas meridian/ generally people (described as having redness on the cheeks), generally worried about daily earthly problems and the , suffer from candida.
Foods: slightly sweet foods such as sweet potatoes (it has been used for the treatment of type 1 diabetes - stomach-spleen-pancreas meridian by American doctors with very good results), supper pies (various types of slightly spicy pies) etc.
3/ Metal
Lung-colon meridian/generally muscular strong people//disappointment and sadness, sadness are the main emotions that they have,,have immune system problems e.g. autoimmune
Foods: Generally foods help: onions, garlic, cornflower, probiotics, yogurt, ariani etc.
4) Water
Kidney-bladder meridian/the main emotion is fear/they get tired easily/hormonal changes
Foods: Black foods such as berries (blueberries, cranberries), spinach, seaweed etc.
5) Fire
Heart-Small Intestine Meridian/People generally suffering from heart problems, hypertension, etc.
Foods: Generally, spicy foods, Mexican food, etc. help.
