WHAT OUR EARS HEARD...

The CD by composer and lyricist Giorgos Asithianakis, entitled ''The Songs of the Waves'', includes 11 songs and 2 instrumental pieces. All in a completely different style, from zeibeki to rock, with beautiful lyrics, different sounds and ''traveling'' melodies. The singers' performances and voices are very good.

WHAT OUR EYES SAW...

A cover, fully in harmony with the title of the CD.

WE WERE INSPIRED WITH...

The world is waiting with bated breath for the brochures that will be released tomorrow with the front page... you!

All the lights go out and only a spotlight falls on you! No, my boy, it's not about the stage... it's about the interrogation! Because here you'll tell everything, you understand? And we're not one or two... there are four of us who will interrogate you! Ready? Let's go!

THE JOURNALIST'S QUESTIONS

JOURNALIST: George Asithianakis, I would like to talk about ''The Songs of the Waves''!

GEORGE: Hi, I greet you and your beautiful site!

JOURNALIST: In this era, when things in Greek discography are strange and difficult, you dared to release a complete and even a double CD! How did you risk it like that?

GEORGE: What's happening in Greek discography and in Greek reality in general, is secondary to me. The important thing is that I felt that the time had come to take this step, something like a biological clock. This CD is something very important to me.

JOURNALIST: In addition to being a composer, you are also a neurosurgeon! How do you manage to combine these two and what attracts you the most?

GEORGE: Good question. At the moment, they coexist de facto. I feel neurosurgery as a path that takes me out on a long road, purely mine, on which I walk alone and for which I was born. I have to follow this path that is difficult and full of traps, but it is the only way to get out on the road. What will happen tomorrow, I don't know.

JOURNALIST: Thank you, George Asithianakis! You are moving on to the next phase!

THE GOSSIP QUESTIONS

GOSSIP: Welcome, my George! You will of course wonder, how am I so good to you, because the truth is that I am not used to this! The answer is simple! With all the nerves I have, I will definitely need a neurosurgeon and soon, so I better get along with you! But you have to get along with me too, because if you are not okay, "I will tell a star tonight" and I will tell the whole world!

So tell me, what are your plans for recording and not only for the future?

GEORGE: Like these melodies on the cd, I have too many in my drawer. The messages from the world are very positive, from the radios, facebook, youtube etc. and I feel that my prayers - to finally start showing what is inside me, I feel like an ocean - have started to be heard. I have already released some new songs on my site and I have been asked to cover the songs on the cd, while when the time comes, more work will be released.

GOSSIP: If you had to give up medicine for the sake of music, would you do it?

GEORGE: Yes, I would if it was worth it.

GOSSIP: Where do you draw inspiration from to write all these amazing songs?

GEORGE: The artist is essentially a <transformer> of cosmic energy. Underneath everything is love, in its various forms and the device for this body of ours. When it is pure and strong, everything flows wonderfully, for example, with the occasion of a relationship, something that touched us, anything. I am inspired by everything.

Every time I relax and experience an emotion, it somehow <transforms> into a melody.

GOSSIP: Great, George! I predict our next appointment will be at your clinic! You are moving on to the next phase!

THAVMASTRIAS' QUESTIONS

THAVMASTRIAS: How can we, all of us who admire you, get in touch with you?

GEORGE: I communicate with a lot of people through Facebook and my site.

THAVMASTRIAS: Where can we find the CD?

GEORGE: In all metropolises and from the company, at tel. 2117059657. Also, the songs, as well as new releases,

are available via pay pall on the site: www.asithianakis.gr

THAVMASTRIAS: Thank you very much! You are moving on to the final phase!

PSYCHOLOGIST'S QUESTIONS

PSYCHOLOGIST: Good evening, colleague! What would you say if we opened a music stage together, and I sang your songs, because I can't fight it anymore with all those tralala people I've got involved with!

Anyway...let's go create your psychological profile! You will answer quickly and in one word or in one sentence!

1. My unfulfilled dream: What I'm going to make happen now

2. It stresses me out: My job

3. It makes me laugh: Music and my girlfriend

4. Publicly thanking: Myself for enduring

5. A wish for tralala.gr: Many successes

you're another TRALALA guy who came to play with my nerves! I'm sending you to the public's judgment! Give me a reason to vote you as the artist of the month!

GEORGE: We are all artists of the month (George did not participate in the competition)

RIANA: (BONUS QUESTION): If you asked a question to a surname, who would you ask it to and what would it be?

GEORGE: What does surname mean? So the rest of the people don't have a surname? Most of the so-called <surnames>, who are marketed like this, are mediocrity, television constructs, with an expiration date. Most of them are coldly indifferent to me, some infuriate me with their audacity and impudence and some I laugh at with their ridiculousness. I have nothing to ask anyone. If only I could, I would like to have known, even for a little while, the late Hatzidakis, this terrifying talent, who passed through this deserted country, and Paul McCartney, whom I consider the greatest songwriter of the twentieth century.

RIANNA: George Asithianakis, thank you very much! I hope your songs will travel us for many years, on the waves of the greatest oceans!

GEORGE: Thank you too, my Rihanna, for your kind words, I wish you the best too!

PSYCHOLOGIST: I'm so sorry, but you too are
