There are many types of martial arts. Personally, I have been involved with jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. The main categories are those based on kicks, those based on holds and the combination of these. There is also standing and ground fighting.

A combination of skills and abilities such as self-discipline, speed, flexibility, and explosiveness are developed, which essentially help us increase our vibration level. Martial arts are one of the best ways to develop our energy magnet.
