Meditation- Vibrations connection 3rd chakra with head chakra

/ The basic consonant vibration for the 3rd chakra is the r. We can add the vowels a or u.

That is: RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR - the tongue should vibrate on the palate

2/The basic vibration for the head chakras (6th-7th) is the buzzing that bees or some other insects make. (bees were sacred animals in ancient Egypt for this very reason). This buzz can be made with some variations by vibrating the following consonants:

a/M: MM between them as well as the lips that are half-closed

d/GG:GG/GG/GG/GG/GG/GG/GG/GG/GG-OU- and here the tongue touches the palate, the teeth that touch each other slightly vibrate as well as the lips that are half-closed

e/N:NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN- the tongue touches the upper dentition, the teeth that touch each other slightly vibrate as well as the lips that are half-closed

A/We start from top to bottom:

We first try which vibrations are best for us: M, D, G, B, N. Let's say we like M, B and G

Yogic full inhalation with nose: pelvis, abdomen, chest exhale: MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM 3 times. We imagine a purple-white-gold light entering from the top of our head, clockwise and overwhelming us. We feel the vibration throughout our body

Yogic full inhalation with nose: pelvis, abdomen, chest exhale: RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR 1 time. We imagine a yellow-white-gold light entering from the third chakra (2 fingers above the navel), clockwise and overwhelming us/from the front and from the back. We feel the vibration throughout our body

This is a circle - we do 3 to start

We stay quiet for a while and see how we feel

We do 3 circles with B instead of M and the G instead of M. We look at how we feel each time and let ourselves decide which combination will hold

In all the consonants the color is purple-white gold with the exception of D which is indigo-white/silver. In P the color is always yellow-white gold/like sunlight.

We can add vowels or vibrate words:

e.g. MOOOOOOOOO-RAAAAAAA or MUU RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR with the tongue fighting on the palate/yellow-white gold color

RRRAAAAAAAAA-WUUUUUDDD enters from the 1st chakra

We experiment with all these vibrations and keep what is best for us. Slowly we will begin to feel our whole body from the diaphragm up relaxing and growing and at the same time a very great force from the pelvis pushing to come up.
